Intro to Yoga
If you are brand new to yoga, or unsure of what classes are like, or you are a little rusty and want to get back into it, then this 4 elements class will get you on the right path. The intention of this course is to provide you the foundations for a healthy and confident journey into yoga.
You will have the opportunity to learn basic poses, how to breathe in a yoga pose, how to modify poses to suit their body and how to transition safely in and out of poses all in a relaxed environment.
