Infinity Yoga Movement Flow® is a 30 day yoga training program designed to boost your strength and endurance. This revolutionary program gives you everything you need to achieve your body and mind goals. A body that is balanced and looks great, but most importantly, one that makes you feel good! And because flexibility is an important element of strength, I’ve include a Science of Stretching video that will lengthen and soothe your muscle. My hope is that program helps you deepen your mind/body connection and transformation. I made it to be fit your life, so you can practice every day!

Meet Your Teacher

Hi! My name is Carina and I warmly welcome you here!

Yoga has honestly changed my life in every way: it’s my passion, it’s how I’ve made my closest friends and relationships, and it’s what inspires my daily life. It has made me more compassionate and patient both with others and myself. It has taught me non-judgement, knowing that everyone is on their own unique journey and that we are all doing our best.

I love to teach dynamic and slow Vinyasa Flow because I love the flowing nature of it. I also love the creativity and that it’s never the same. On a personal level, the rhythms of Vinyasa work well for my body. I find myself getting warm and opening up, and I also thrive on the held and sustained moments as well. I enjoy other styles, but it’s this sense of flow and connection of body and breath that really feels right for me and my body.

But of course, I have a yin and restorative yoga, adaptive yoga, trauma informed yoga and wheel yoga classes. Privately, I teach exactly what I feel best serves the student. This varies considerably.

I graduated from the 300 hr YTT at My Vinyasa Practice and received my Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga and Yoga Nidra Certificates.

I am a Yoga Teachers College® Certified Teacher. I have completed my teaching certifications with Yoga Body | Yoga Teachers College on Yoga Trapeze®, Gravity Yoga and Breath Coaching.

I teach YOGABODY style, a fitness-based approach for strength, mobility, weight loss, and stress management. Oh, and my classes are fast-paced and fun. Yoga is my joy and life. I feel grounded, strong and open after my practice. My mind feels clear and I enjoy the journey of always learning. I love meeting people, connecting and getting to know the stories of my students. They keep me motivated.

I graduated from the wheel teacher training too. I also offer wheel class from September. 

I’ll teach you the basics of yoga and get you started on your yoga journey! Vinyasa Flow is my principal style and to ensure a balanced yoga practice I also offer  Gravity Yoga®,  Yoga Trapeze® , Yoga Wheel Class, Yin & Restorative Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga and Breathwork.
